Business Accelerator, Hopgood Ganim 11 May 2017

Whether you engage people for work or carry out work for others, it’s important to be clear about the legal status of your working relationship.

Even if both parties agree what the relationship is, a Court might see it differently.

Simon Clayer will host an informative workshop and Q&A session where the following topics will be addressed

> Employee or Contractor – what’s the difference?

> The criteria to be considered

> The consequences if you get it wrong: ATO implications, Defending a ‘sham contracting’ claim

> Other employment options to consider: Work experience & internships, Student placements, Unpaid work or trials

Our Facilitator: Simon Clayer
